A productive meeting with Hon. Fikirini Jacobs, PS - State Department for Youth Affairs & Creative Economy, to discuss strategic programs aimed at enhancing innovation, entrepreneurship, talent and skills development, while improving the livelihoods and living standards of communities within the JKP Bloc and the country at large.

Strategic partnership engagements with the Embassy of Slovakia in Kenya, the EU, Japan Embassy, Safaricom, KIRDI, Konza, and other key partners in the country to strengthen the development of innovation, entrepreneurship, and other strategic programs in the region.

Every year in September we host the innovation and business summit which is a unique gathering that fosters networking and learning among entrepreneurs, innovators, SMEs, corporates, and County Governments. Organized by CiHN in partnership with the JKP Counties, the event provides a diverse platform for participants to market their products, learn from successful Inovators and business professionals, and attract investments.

Every year, we host career guidance and mentorship sessions that attract thousands of youth and students. The main objective is to guide recent Form Four graduates and current Form Four students in shaping their career paths early, as many often choose courses that do not align with the most in-demand careers.
Our sessions are unique because we also invite parents, who play a critical role in the decision-making process regarding their children’s career choices. In many cases, young people end up pursuing careers that are not aligned with current job market demands due to parental influence, often because some parents may not be fully aware of the evolving trends and opportunities in today’s job market.

We have had the privilege of partnering with a number of key organizations to drive impactful digital skills, innovation, and empowerment programs within our community. Through these strategic collaborations with partners such as DataCamp, DigiKen, SlovakAid through the Knowledge for All initiative, and Dariu Foundation through thier Dariu Tech Club, among others, we have been able to expand opportunities for young people to access digital training, innovation support, and practical skills for the future.
These partnerships continue to play a crucial role in equipping youth with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to thrive in the digital economy while nurturing the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. 🚀
